Information collected in on-line forms can be processed in many ways. Results can be e-mailed to the site owner, other individuals, or back to the person submitting the information. Results can also be displayed on public pages where they can be viewed by other visitors, or displayed in private pages where they can only be viewed by individuals authorized by the site owner.
Results can also be stored in special formats where they can be merged automatically into word processing documents.
